Business Owner I was raised in Chicago and attended The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign; which I graduated from in 2006 with a B.A. in English.  During my college years I worked as a waiter where I learned the value of good customer service and honesty.  Consequently, one of my pet peeves now is unconcerned customer service.  It's a philosophy that I established my business upon - treat others the way you want to be treated!
