Even though the business was just est. in March 2012, everyone here has between 5 and 12 years of experience in the appliance service industry. We will do what it takes to get your situation taken care of, but we guarantee the experience with us is different from what you're used to. Meet the Manager KJ P. Manager I'm a veteran in real life and in the appliance industry. I learned how to fix  equipment while serving in the US Navy on a nuclear submarine. I took that knowedge and got into the appliance repair business starting in 2001. I got into management starting in 2007 for a local service repair/retailer. I've learned through the years as a consumer-technician-manager what a customer wants and how to make their experience extraordinary. |
