We love the countertops we produce and believe that concrete is a beautiful countertop surface that has infinite possibilities. Concrete Overlays: A concrete overlay is a cementations product designed to replicate natural stone or any other desired texture. The overlay material we use is specially modified with acrylic co-polymer resins. These co-polymers help create an extremely strong surface with exceptional bonding capabilities. If your existing concrete is structurally sound (no settling or large cracks), you may be able to update the look with our overlay product. Our product can be used on interior and exterior applications. Maintenance Contracts: L & L Concrete recommends that all of our customers purchase a maintenance contract with us. For residential work this includes cleaning and applying sealer once a year. For high traffic areas this process may need to be done several times a year. Routine maintenance is the only way of insuring that your concrete stays beautiful for years to come. |
