| About Company: | Brenda has been manager of Kennedale Self Storage for 17 years. She lives on-site for added security and availability. She is very knowledgeable regarding the storage business and very helpful in determining the size space you need. She is more than happy to meet you after hours if necessary, if you call her and set a time. Charles Knotts (Charlie) grew up in Kennedale, graduating from Kennedale High School in 1959. He and his wife have 5 children and 8 grandchildren. They enjoy watching grandkids ballgames, being with friends and family, traveling and working out. Charlie is a charter member of the Kennedale Rotary Club, and is a member of the Kennedale Chamber of Commerce. Charlie built the first 50 spaces in 1984, added more spaces in 1988 and built the last phase in 1998 to total 326 units. The last phase included the office with an attached apartment for the manager. In 2009 a new security gate system and computerized management system was added to maintain a safe environment and streamline processes for customers. As a customer you are our top priority, and Brenda and Charlie will do everything possible to earn your respect as a well-run business and make your experience with us friendly and pleasant. Services: All units are ground level for easy access. We have all concrete drives and 37, 00 square feet of rentable space. |
