Call Joseph at (408) 993-0837 or stop by the Day Worker Center of San Jose at 749 Story Road. Office hours are Wednesday - Sunday 7:am-1:pm. 2. Tell us what you need, the type of job, how many workers, the date and time of the job and the work-site address. 3. Pay is usually $10-$20 per hour - more for special skills 4. Pick up the workers from the Day Worker Center or workers can come to the job if it is near a bus route. 5. Pay the workers at the end of the job and drop them off back at the Day Worker Center if the job is not near a bus route. You will be provided with a worker with suitable language skills and assistance in translation as needed. CTC provides both men and women day workers. Our Day Worker Center provides the workers with ID badges. |
