And I take full responsibility for the proper commencement and completion of every job. Furthermore, I always take full responsibility for any damages to home and premise (includes shrubbery) caused by myself or my workers. I do not hire subcontractors. And I do most jobs most of the time by myself. I carry general liability insurance, therefore I am fully insured for every job. The full contract price is not paid until work is completed and the owner is completely satisfied. No prepayments are required. All work, materials, agreements, and promises are guaranteed. Ask about the one and three year warranties. Ask if Contractor is flexible on the price. If proposal is accepted I will put up a maximum of 5 paint samples at no additional charge.
