Â Their mission then is the same as it is today - provide their customers great customer service. Â Started by Aubrey & Lorene Cagle, the business is today run by their daughter Debi - who was selected as both the 2008 and the 2009 small business of the year by the Ontario Chamber of Commerce. Being a member of a large buying group, Cagles is able to offer its customers the same great deals as the "big box guys", but with one difference. Â Cagles is committed to providing service following the sale - we proudly service what we sell. Â We can offer extended warranties and offer special financing opportunities. Â We have our own in-house delivery and installation team as well. Â No one can beat the experience offered by our sales team, service techs or our parts department. Meet the Business Owner Debi C. Business Owner Debi extends a personal invitation to you to visit the store, her pride and joy. Â Debi's goal is to see to it that all of your customer service needs are met. Â Her parents, Aubrey & Lorene opened the business in 1952. Â Debi has spent her entire life involved in some aspect of the business. Â She knows the appliance industry inside out, and if a question should arise that she can't answer, she knows how and where to get the answer. Â It seems that most of her Cagle's team is related in one way or the other, and/or worked with other staff members in previous jobs. Â That just creates a friendlier environment for the staff as well as customers. |
