Our technicians frequently report to the sales team, providing insight that the folks at the "Big Box" do not have. The same technicians function as a support team for each appliance that we sell. Meet the Manager Alex C. Manager Alex serves as the sales manager at our store. More importantly, he represents the 3rd generation of family members to work at B&B Appliance. With both, his father and father-in-law serving as certified appliance technicians, Alex has gained inside service-related knowledge about appliances that is not available to your average salesperson. As he laughingly informs customers, "you can imagine what our dinner conversations are about." Knowing what works, what breaks, and what causes particular problems allows Alex and his sales team to provide excellent insight when suggesting products to their clients.  On a personal note, Alex is a graduate of Azusa Pacific University and Orange Glen High School. He and his wife celbrated the birth of their first child, Jude, in August of 2010.
