History Established in 1995. Apex Appliance specializes in meeting the needs of Homeowners with appliance issues as well as Property managers, Rental property owners and Apartment owners. Meet the Business Owner Rand M. Business Owner I started my appliance repair journey in 1972 at Metered Washer company on 76th & Greenwood ave in Seattle. The original supplier of coin-operated washers and dryers to Apartments through out the greater Seattle area. Starting as a delivery person, then moving on to appliance repair technician. The President of that company in 1976 started a new business, Blackbourn Metered Equipment, Offered a position with the new company, I was the lead service tech there for several years until taking over as Service Manager. We grew from an initial 4 employees to around 50 by the time I left in 1995 to start Apex Appliance.I was a one man show for a few years but added an employee, then another. Currently, Apex Appliance employs 12 great people.
